Building a detached structure is essentially building a brand-new, scaled-down house from scratch. It requires trenching for new, independent utilities, pouring a dedicated foundation, and managing a standalone build site while respecting the homeowners’ daily lives in the main house.

The visual timeline showcases our rigorous process: setting the rebar and plumbing for a rock-solid concrete slab, erecting the precision wood framing, and installing the weather-resistant exterior layers.
