From aligning the vertically stacked wall tiles perfectly straight to configuring the plumbing for the exposed wall-mounted sink, our team, led by Ron, operated with total exactness. Distinctive Tile Work: We installed gorgeous seafoam/mint green subway tiles, stacked vertically to draw the eye upward and make the ceiling feel significantly higher. This tile wraps around the room as elegant wainscoting and seamlessly transitions into a full-height shower surround.
Classic Flooring:
To ground the colorful walls, we laid down crisp, matte white hexagonal floor tiles. This adds a subtle geometric texture that feels both historic and remarkably fresh.
Space-Saving Vanity Design:
Instead of a bulky cabinet, we installed a sleek, wall-mounted porcelain sink. Exposing the polished chrome plumbing underneath is a deliberate design choice that adds a touch of industrial elegance while keeping the floor plan feeling open and spacious.
Premium Chrome Fixtures:
High-efficiency, polished chrome hardware was used throughout the space—from the dual rain shower system to the minimalist cross-handle sink faucet—adding a brilliant, mirror-like shine that catches the light beautifully.

The crisp, cool tones of the tile and chrome are perfectly balanced by the preservation of the home’s original, rich wood door, adding a layer of organic warmth to the final design.
